Transportation Then and Now

We can transport things in the water, in the air, or over land. We can use animals, vehicles, or just our feet. Sometimes we travel for work, and sometimes for vacation or just for fun. (p. 3) 

     We can learn about transportation through this book.

Until about 7000 years ago, people had to walk everywhere. (p. 4)

       People used horses, donkeys, camels, elephants and llamas for transportation. After vehicles are invented, we can transport more easily. The first vehicles made about 5,500 years ago. Wheel is improving continuously and it helps us. In the water or on it, people use ships.

Transportation became much faster after the invention of engines. (p. 12)

     I was intersted in the Terax Titan in Canada which one of the biggest trucks in the world because its each wheel is bigger than two people. I cannot imagine the scale, so I want to see it. Also I was interested in The Peel P50 which is the smallest car in the world. This appearance is very cute and I want to ride it someday.
     Recently, some vehicles to go to the space and it enables us to come our dreams true. We  must keep eyes on the growth of transportation.
